If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at info@steelingwheel.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Unauthorized returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 8 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a replacement, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Custom-made and Personalized Orders

Our products are often made to order.
While we do not normally accept returns for personalized or custom-made items, we understand that issues may occur.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@steelingwheel.com.
We will review each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
